TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. Sales tax is calculated based on region and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere within Canada. No shipping is available to the United States or international destinations. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

Orders placed in the store will be fulfilled within fourteen business days barring severe or inclement weather. Customers will be notified via email when their order has been shipped. Don Burnstick Promotions is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost items caused by third party shipping, including but not limited to weather and labor disruptions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Simply return the unopened and undamaged product in its original packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
